Terms of Service — ERISIGHT

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of erisight.com ("ERISIGHT", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What ERISIGHT Is — and Is Not

ERISIGHT is an AI-powered sports analysis and entertainment tool. It generates analysis and hypothetical predictions about sports events using artificial intelligence and publicly available sports data.

ERISIGHT is for entertainment and research purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to gamble. Predictions are AI-generated estimates and are NOT guaranteed to be accurate. If you choose to gamble, you do so entirely at your own risk and must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ERISIGHT. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
One account per person. Automated, bulk, or shared use is not permitted.

4. Free Plan & Premium Subscription

The free plan includes a limited number of AI predictions per day.
ERISIGHT Premium ($4.99/month) provides unlimited daily predictions and is billed monthly through Stripe.
You can cancel anytime via the "Manage" option in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
EU right of withdrawal: by starting the subscription you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, once the service has begun, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to the period already provided. You may still cancel future renewals at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service; scrape or resell the Service or its outputs at scale; attempt to bypass usage limits; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent AI outputs as guaranteed outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

The ERISIGHT name, logo, design, and software are our property. Sports data is provided by third-party licensors. Team names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may use AI outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Live data may be delayed or contain errors.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERISIGHT and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any losses arising from gambling or financial decisions made based on Service content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights under Polish and EU law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
