This Privacy Policy explains how ERISIGHT ("we", "us", "the Service"), operated from Poland, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use erisight.com. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed (encrypted) version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Usage data: the predictions you request (sport, teams, prediction type) and the AI responses generated, stored to provide your prediction history.
• Payment data: subscription payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. We store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account and log you in.
• To provide the prediction service and your prediction history.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To enforce fair-use limits (e.g. free daily prediction counts).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share data only with service providers necessary to run ERISIGHT:

• Railway — application and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Anthropic — AI processing of your prediction queries. Queries sent for analysis contain team/player names and context you provide, not your identity.
• API-Sports — sports data provider. Your personal data is not shared with them.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), and legal obligations (accounting records for payments).

5. Data Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain payment records.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@erisight.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Cookies

ERISIGHT uses only essential cookies required for login sessions to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted.

9. Children

ERISIGHT is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
